FRIDAYS w/Kalli Siamadou

Kid's Hip Hop Program:  Hip Hop is a great dance for kids who wants to enjoy moving and dancing to "their kind of music."  Class consists of a fun warm-up and a cool-down stretch.  Kids are introduced to basic hip hop steps and enjoy incorporating them into games, routines and solo work during class.  Each class also learns a short choreography.

Teen/Adult Program:  Hip Hop is a great dance for anyone who wants to enjoy moving and dancing to more popular music while getting a work out at the same time.  For both kids and adults, class consists of warm-up with exercises and lots of stretching, introduction to basic hip hop steps, short choreography to different music with each class, and a cool down.  This class is currently being developed.  If you are interested please submit an inquiry.
